The tomato harvest season runs from August to September. The tomatoes are naturally dried in the sun and then placed in extra virgin olive oil together with aromatic herbs.<\/p>\n

The high quality of this product can be easily identified by the delicious taste, bright red colour and texture.<\/p>\n

Sun-dried tomatoes add a delicious extra flavour to the dishes. They are used as the final ingredient of salads and many other Italian dishes including sauces for pasta, fish and meat.
